Metal Stud Framer

We’re hiring Metal Framers to help build commercial structures using steel studs. This is a hands-on, physical job that takes place on active construction sites. You’ll be assembling and installing metal framing for walls and ceilings, based on layout plans and blueprints.

Job Duties:

• Read and follow blueprints or layout drawings

• Measure, cut, and install metal studs and track

• Assemble wall and ceiling framing using screws, drills, and fasteners

• Prepare openings for electrical and mechanical systems

• Work closely with drywall crews and other trades

• Use hand tools and power tools safely

• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures

  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with metal stud framing or general construction

• Able to read tape measures and layout plans

• Comfortable working on ladders or lifts

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily

• Reliable and able to follow instructions on-site

  
  

Preferred:

• Experience reading blueprints

• Familiar with drywall installation prep

• OSHA certification or basic safety training
